After a brief teaser a few weeks ago, Bethesda followed up with a proper look at the first expansion coming to Doom Eternal during Gamecom. The Ancient Gods Part One sees the Doom Slayer confronting an ancient evil awoken from an imbalance in the heavens.
The expansion will see players venture through never-before-seen locations in the Doom universe, facing off against fierce new demons and continuing the DOOM Slayer’s story.
The Ancient Gods, Part One will be available at no additional cost for players who own the Doom Eternal Year One Pass or the Deluxe edition of Doom Eternal. For those of you that don’t, The Year One Pass is still available for AU$44.95 and includes access to both DLC 1 and 2. The Ancient Gods, Part One will also be available as a standalone purchase for AU$29.95.
The Ancient Gods Part One will release on October 20 for Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC.
